Welcome!

I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re drawn to astrology, somatic bodywork, or the intersection of both, my work is rooted in the belief that cosmic cycles and energetic patterns shape our lives in meaningful ways. Through astrology and polarity therapy, I help individuals navigate personal transformation with greater awareness, resilience, and embodiment.

I have studied astrology since 1993 and practiced bodywork since 2005. What began as personal curiosity and a means of support during major life changes has since become my professional calling. In 2020, I chose to fully dedicate myself to working as an astrologer and bodyworker, integrating these disciplines in a way that honors both the celestial and the somatic. This vision led to the launch of allstarsbodywork, where I bring together decades of experience to support others in their healing and self-discovery.

Born under a first-quarter moon in sagittarius, I have instinctually trusted the wisdom of the wandering path—one that has carried me across continents to lands steeped in myth and mystery. For me, movement is not just about travel; it is a way of being, an ever-unfolding journey of exploration. I am wired for discovery and the pursuit of deeper truths. This same spirit of adventure, curiosity, and expansion guides my work, helping clients navigate their own transformative journeys with clarity, resilience, and a stronger connection to their inner wisdom.

As a student of history, I have long been captivated by the great cycles of civilizations—their rise and fall, the ways in which knowledge is preserved, forgotten, and rediscovered. Yet it wasn’t until February 2022 that I had the opportunity to set foot on the continent of Africa and walk among the pyramids and temples of ancient Egypt—just as my grandmother had decades before. To be there was to step into a dream I had carried all my life, woven from the stories of her pilgrimage to this holy land. My visit to the Temple of Hathor at Dendera became a defining moment.

In ancient Egypt, the temple was a center for healing. Pilgrims seeking renewal were housed in special chambers where they could rest, dream, and commune with the divine. The ceilings of the temple’s entrance portico are adorned with intricate astronomical reliefs, depicting the zodiac alongside constellations and celestial bodies—evidence of the ancient Egyptians’ profound understanding of the cosmos.

Standing beneath these carvings, I felt an undeniable resonance with the rituals once practiced there—ceremonies that honored astrology and bodywork as sacred tools for healing and transformation. It was as if I was remembering something I had always known, a connection stretching beyond time, perhaps even across lifetimes. This experience deepened my commitment to integrating ancient wisdom into my work, bridging celestial insights with embodied healing in a way that feels both timeless and necessary in today’s world.

The profound impact of astrology and polarity therapy on my own life has fueled my desire to share these modalities with others. Witnessing the shifts they create brings me deep fulfillment, and I am dedicated to making their benefits accessible to those seeking transformation and healing.

The Space In-Between

I have lived with empty pockets,
counting every dollar,
and I have moved through days
when hands overflowed.
Both have shaped who I am.

I have made choices from fear,
held my breath,
stepped carefully,
as if the world might break.
And I have loved without a map,
opened my chest to the wind,
surrendered to the moment as it carried me.

I have gripped tightly to what I thought was mine,
as if control could keep anything safe.
And I have released my grasp,
let the river take what it must,
trusted the current,
even when the destination was unknown.

I have chased the open sky,
miles undoing the person I was,
pieces left in places I may never return to.
I have followed the roads that called,
allowed new space to reshape my sight.

And I have stayed,
feet pressing deep into the earth,
finding the kind of knowing that only comes from roots.

I have known stillness,
a quiet so deep it felt like forever.

I have given everything,
emptied myself in the name of others.
And I have received,
finally welcoming wholehearted hands to support me.

I have stretched beyond what I thought possible,
only to retreat,
fold in on myself,
needing the silence of breath alone.

I have stood in the light,
felt the warmth of being seen.
And I have met my shadow,
sat with it,
listened as it spoke.

I have trusted the mind,
followed reason,
lined the path with certainty.
And I have listened to something deeper,
a knowing beyond words.

I have walked alone,
held independence like armor.
And I have longed to belong,
to rest in the arms of something greater.

I have held on fiercely.
I have let go too soon.

I am all of it.
I am the space in-between.
