Scott’s passion for astrology began in 1993 after receiving his first natal chart through Edgar Cayce's Association for Research and Enlightenment on graduating from the University of Virginia. Could this wheel of the solar system at the time of his birth have any guidance for his life now on Earth? Intrigued, he found a small network of self-directed astrology students in New York City and began a deeper study of his chart through the works of Robert Hand, Dane Rudyar, Alan Oken, Jeffrey Wolf Green, Steven Forrest, Liz Greene, Howard Sasportas, Barbara Hand Clow, Jim Lewis, and Judith Hill. A few years before his Saturn return, Scott dove deeply into Erin Sullivan's Saturn in Transit, Boundaries of Mind, Body, and Soul. It was then that Scott finally realized astrology had become an obsession and way of life. He flew to Santa Fe to consult with Erin, and completed her training course on Archetypal Psychological Astrology in Practice preparing the way to offer consultations. 

Scott is also a 2005 graduate of the 1000-hour Massage Therapy program at the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences that incorporates both Eastern and Western modalities. Scott received an Associate of Occupational Studies degree and License to practice in New York State. After a long career as a media producer for fashion brands in NYC, Scott moved to California in 2019 and became CAMTC certified for a new calling combining bodywork with his life-long passions for astrology and integrative energy. He is currently on the administration staff at the School of Integrative Psycho Structural Bodywork at the Life Energy Institute in Santa Monica.
